Breathalyzer tests are far from infallible! If you were arrested on the basis of such a test, you have legal grounds to challenge your arrest. Find a capable lawyer, give them all the information they need to help you, and set them loose on your accusers.

Keep your chin up during your DUI proceedings. You'll hear the state's lawyers make unflattering claims about you, especially if this isn't your first conviction; but don't lose your cool. You'll be more effective if you can keep your temper, and your dignity, intact.

If you're charged with DUI, you should always be as honest as you can with the courts, your lawyer, your family, and your friends. Own up to it if you were caught red-handed; on the other hand, don't just accept the accusation if you think you're innocent.
